Provides that if the owner or any lienholder of the vehicle does not pick up the vehicle within 30 days after notice was sent to the owner and any lienholder, the vehicle shall be considered abandoned."

# Illinois HB 3747 (103rd) — VEH CD-ABANDONED VEHICLES
