# Illinois HB 4727 (103rd) — VITAL RECORDS-BIRTH RECORD

Amends the Vital Records Act. Provides that an individual's status as a person under guardianship with the Office of State Guardian may be verified with a copy of the court order placing the individual under the guardianship of the Office.
