# Illinois HB 5561 (103rd) — WHISTLEBLOWER ACT
|
||
|
||
Amends the Whistleblower Act. Changes the definitions of "employer" and "employee". Defines "adverse employment action", "public body", "retaliatory action", and "supervisor".
