||
|
||
Creates the Uniform Child-Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act. Sets forth standards for child-custody jurisdiction determinations. Creates a process for the enforcement of interstate child-custody and visitation determinations. Repeals the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act (UCCJA).
