# Illinois HB 2983 (93rd) — VETERANS-ANNA VET HOME STAFF

||

||
Amends the Department of Veterans Affairs Act. Provides that any State contracts for workers and staff at the Anna Veterans Home shall be canceled upon the effective date of this amendatory Act, at which time each worker or staff member at the facility shall be offered State employment for work at the same facility but at the prevailing applicable State wage rate.
