# Illinois HB 4106 (93rd) — MARRIAGE ACT-CHILD SUPPORT

||

||
Amends the Clerks of Courts Act. Provides that the Illinois Department of Revenue may enter into an agreement with the clerk of the circuit court to establish a pilot program for the purpose of collecting certain fees.
