# Illinois HB 4966 (93rd) — VEH CD-RECKLESS HOMICIDE

||

||
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a person who has been convicted in another state of an offense similar to reckless homicide may not be granted driving privileges within 2 years of the date on which the person's driving privileges were revoked or suspended or within 24 months of being released from a prison term for commission of the offense.
