# Illinois HB 5928 (93rd) — INS-POLICYHOLDER COLLATERAL

||
|
||
Amends the Illinois Insurance Code Article concerning Rehabilitation, Liquidation, Conservation, and Dissolution of Companies. Creates a new Section pertaining to policyholder collateral, deductible reimbursements, and other policyholder obligations.
