# Illinois SB 1047 (93rd) — PREPAID TUITION ACT-OFFSET

Amends the State Comptroller Act. In provisions concerning deductions from warrants, prohibits the State Comptroller from deducting for payments to institutions from the Illinois Prepaid Tuition Trust Fund.
