# Illinois SB 1047 (93rd) — PREPAID TUITION ACT-OFFSET
Amends the State Comptroller Act. In provisions concerning deductions from warrants, prohibits the State Comptroller from deducting for payments to institutions from the Illinois Prepaid Tuition Trust Fund. Amends the Illinois Prepaid Tuition Act. Removes a provision that excludes specified sectarian educational organizations from the definition of "nonpublic institution of higher education".
