# Illinois SB 1342 (93rd) — CD CORR-INSANITY

Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that a person found not guilty by reason of insanity for first degree murder, second degree murder, or an offense resulting in serious bodily injury to another person or an attempt to commit any of these offenses shall be ordered by the court to receive inpatient treatment.
