# Illinois SB 1379 (93rd) — EPA-NONCOMPLIANCE WITH PERMITS

||
|
||
Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Authorizes the Agency to consider past noncompliance when making certain permit decisions. Prohibits permit renewal when the permitee has failed to perform required testing or monitoring.
