# Illinois SB 2167 (93rd) — CRIM CD-BRIBERY DRIVING PRIVIL
Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Creates the offense of bribery to obtain driving privileges. Provides that the penalty for a violation is a Class 2 felony.
