# Illinois SB 2961 (93rd) — BUS ENTERPRISE-REPEAL EXTEND
Amends the Business Enterprise for Minorities, Females, and Persons with Disabilities Act. Provides that the Act is repealed on September 6, 2008 (now September 6, 2004). Effective immediately.
