# Illinois SB 383 (93rd) — IL STATE LIBRARY FOUNDATION

||
Creates the Illinois State Library Foundation Act. Authorizes the Secretary of State to create a not-for-profit corporation known as the Illinois State Library Foundation with not less than 6 nor more than 11 Directors, and with the Secretary of State serving as an ex-officio Director.
