# Illinois HB 1350 (94th) — ACCIDENT & DEATH RECORDS-18
Amends the Hospital Licensing Act. Provides that a hospital must report to the trauma registry any accident in which a person under the age of 18 years was injured that involved a motor vehicle or the power window of a motor vehicle. Amends the Vital Records Act.
