# Illinois HB 188 (94th) — PREVAILING WAGE-PAYROLL

||
|
||
Amends the Prevailing Wage Act. Provides that while participating on public works, each contractor and subcontractor shall submit weekly a certified payroll to the public body in charge of the project.
