# Illinois HB 2345 (94th) — ELECTRNC MED RECORDS TASKFORCE
Creates the Electronic Medical Records Taskforce Act. Establishes the Electronic Medical Records Taskforce to create a plan for the development and utilization of electronic medical records (EMR) in the State in order to improve the quality of patient care, increase the efficiency of medical practice, improve safety, and reduce medical errors.
