# Illinois HB 3420 (94th) — AIDS CONF-AIDS REGIS ACT-HIV
Amends provisions of the AIDS Confidentiality Act prohibiting the disclosure of the identity of a test subject or the results of a test in a manner that permits identification of the test subject, with specified exceptions.
