# Illinois HB 3531 (94th) — DCFS-ST POL-ISBE-KIDS-METH LAB
Amends the Children and Family Services Act, the Department of State Police Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois, and the School Code. Requires DCFS, the Department of State Police, and the State Board of Education to jointly develop a sample protocol for handling situations involving (i) the arrest of a person or persons for the manufacture of methamphetamine at a place where a child resides or (ii) a child's exposure to an environment in which methamphetamine is manufactured or used.
