# Illinois HB 4904 (94th) — CARNIVAL RIDE ACT -DIRECTOR
|
||
|
||
Amends the Carnival and Amusement Rides Safety Act. Provides that the Board shall advise the Department of Labor on safety matters. Changes the membership of the Board from 5 to 8 members.
