# Illinois HB 5343 (94th) — DISABLED PERSN REHAB ACT-ACCTS

Amends the Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Act. Provides that the Department of Human Services has the authority to maintain and deposit into locally held accounts certain school fees and certain student-generated revenues and to use those fees and revenues to pay related expenses.
