# Illinois HB 5375 (94th) — CHILD ABUSE-UNREPORTED-PENALTY
Amends the Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act. Provides that "school personnel" who are mandated reporters of child abuse or neglect include administrators and both certified and non-certified school employees.
