# Illinois SB 2360 (94th) — MISSISSIPPI RIVER COORD CNCIL

Creates the Mississippi River Coordinating Council Act. Authorizes the creation of the Mississippi River Coordinating Council consisting of 13 voting members to be appointed by the Governor. Sets forth provisions relating to the composition of the Council.
