# Illinois HB 1832 (95th) — HISTORIC PRESERV-ACQUIRE PROP
Amends the Historic Preservation Agency Act. Authorizes the Agency to acquire real property subject to a non-transferable life estate in no more than 3 acres for use only as a residence. With respect to lease agreements for concessions, authorizes the Agency to require reserve and leasehold accounts to be used for maintenance or replacement of the concession facility and premises.
