# Illinois HB 1855 (95th) — PREVAIL WAGE-SUBSTANCE ABUSE

||

||
Amends the Prevailing Wage Act. Provides that an employee may not use, possess, attempt to possess, distribute, deliver, or be under the influence of cannabis or a controlled substance, or use or be under the influence of alcohol, while performing work on a project covered by the Act.
