Establishes penalties. Amends the Unified Code of Corrections to provide that a person convicted of a second or subsequent offense of luring a minor shall receive no more than 4.5 days of good conduct credit for each month of his or her sentence of imprisonment. Amends the Sex Offender Registration Act. Provides that a person convicted of a second or subsequent offense of luring a minor shall register as a sexual predator."

# Illinois HB 1979 (95th) — CRIM CD-CHILD LURING

Amends the Criminal Code of 1961.
