# Illinois HB 5909 (95th) — CRIM CD-OBSTRUCT FIREFIGHTER
|
||
|
||
Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that resisting or obstructing a firefighter is a Class A misdemeanor. Provides that if the violation was the proximate cause of an injury to the firefighter, the offender is guilty of a Class 4 felony.
