# Illinois SB 2434 (95th) — MOBILE HOME PARK FIRE SAFETY

||
Amends the Mobile Home Park Act. Provides that the agreement required in the case of a mobile home park that does not have a private water supply system and hydrants must be signed and dated by the owner of the mobile home park or his or her representative and by the local fire chief or his or her representative and must be submitted with each application for an original license or license renewal application under the Act.
