# Illinois SB 2452 (95th) — CRIM CD-TAMPER- PUBLIC RECORDS
|
||
|
||
Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that a public record expressly includes, but is not limited to, court records pertaining to any civil or criminal proceeding in any court.
