# Illinois HB 1002 (96th) — FINANCE-HISTORIC SITES FUND
Amends the State Finance Act. Excludes the Illinois Historic Sites Fund from a Section of the Act that allows the Governor to make transfers from certain special funds into the General Revenue Fund. Effective immediately.
