# Illinois HB 1314 (96th) — SEX OFFENDERS-NO SOCIAL NET

||
|
||
Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that it is a Class 4 felony for a person required to register as a sex offender under the Sex Offender Registration Act to access or use a social networking website during the period for which the sex offender is required to register under that Act. Amends the Unified Code of Corrections.
