Provides that the provisions of the Act are applicable to all property forfeitable under the Medical Practice Act of 1987. Effective immediately."

# Illinois HB 2450 (96th) — FOOD DRUG-LEGEND DRUG PROHIBIT

Amends the Medical Practice Act of 1987.
