# Illinois HB 3859 (96th) — EPA-CLEAN AIR-FAST-TRACK

Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Reenacts a Section concerning fast-track rulemaking for the Clean Air Act. Defines the terms "fast-track rulemaking" and "requires to be adopted."
