# Illinois HB 3974 (96th) — IDPH-YOUTH HIV/AIDS PREV MSGS
Amends the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Creates the Advisory Council on Youth HIV/AIDS Prevention Messages to advise the Department of Public Health on effective prevention messages designed to educate and deter youth from engaging in risky behaviors that could result in the transmission of HIV/AIDS.
