# Illinois HB 4825 (96th) — JUV CT-RETURNING CHILD HOME
|
||
|
||
Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987. Provides that the permanency plan shall include a finding by the court whether conditions that gave rise to a finding of parental abuse or neglect or of the minor's dependency have been remedied prior to returning the child home.
