# Illinois HB 5147 (96th) — EPA/UTILITIES-BIOMASS

||
Amends the Public Utilities Act. Provides that an eligible renewable electrical generating facility includes a generator powered by agricultural residues, wood, landscape trimmings, or organic wastes.
