# Illinois HB 5946 (96th) — HWY AD CONTROL ACT-DEFINITIONS
|
||
|
||
Amends the Highway Advertising Control Act of 1971. Provides that the definition of "maintain" includes the periodic changing of advertising messages as well as the normal maintenance or repair of signs and sign structures.
