# Illinois SB 1729 (96th) — IDOT-AMTRAK EQUIPMENT
Amends the Department of Transportation Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Authorizes the Department, on behalf of the State, to enter into public-private partnerships for the acquisition of equipment for Amtrak passenger rail service.
