# Illinois SB 3462 (96th) — MOTOR FUEL TAX-DISTRIBUTION

Amends the Motor Fuel Tax Law. Makes changes to the allocations of the tax receipts. Provides that a proportional allotment of tax receipts shall be made for any road district based on the rate extended by the district. Sets forth allocation procedures for DuPage County.
