# Illinois SB 3540 (96th) — JUV CT&CD CORR-FEES

||
|
||
Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987. Increases from $25 to $50 the monthly fee imposed by the court for a minor placed on supervision, probation, or conditional discharge. Amends the Unified Code of Corrections.
