# Illinois HB 1077 (97th) — PUB AID-JUDGMENTS-COLLECTION
|
||

||
Amends the Illinois State Collection Act of 1986. Exempts the Department of Healthcare and Family Services and the Department of Human Services from the requirements of the Act in regard to financial aid or health care benefits debts. Amends the Administration Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code.
