# Illinois SB 3809 (97th) — PARK DISTRICT-DELINQUENTS

Amends the Park District Code and the Chicago Park District Act. Prohibits a park district from knowingly employing an applicant who has been adjudicated a delinquent minor for committing specified offenses.
