# Illinois HB 1009 (98th) — GRADUATED DRIVER'S LICENSE

||

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides the Act may be cited as "Kelsey's Law". Prohibits the issuance of a graduated driver's license to a person under 18 if the person has a traffic citation for which a disposition has not been rendered.
