# Illinois HB 2335 (98th) — EPA-URBAN COMPOSTING
|
||
|
||
Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Specifies that the one-eighth mile setback that certain composting facilities must comply with to be excluded from the definition of the term "pollution control facility" applies only in counties with less than 3,000,000 inhabitants.
