# Illinois HB 4486 (98th) — MHDD ADM CODE-MEDICATIONS
Amends the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Administrative Act. Provides that the Department of Human Services shall develop a training program for authorized direct care staff to administer medications (deletes oral and topical) under the supervision and monitoring of a registered professional nurse.
