# Illinois HB 4561 (98th) — GRADUATED DRIVERS LICENSES
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a graduated driver's license shall not be issued to an applicant under 18 years of age if the applicant has been charged with a violation of provisions of the Liquor Control Act of 1934 concerning alcohol and underage persons or a similar provision of a local ordinance for which a disposition has not been rendered at the time of the application.
