# Illinois HB 5410 (98th) — LEAD POISONING PREVENTION-DPH

||

||
Amends the Lead Poisoning Prevention Act. Adds to the definitions and makes changes to current definitions. Replaces references of "residential buildings" and "dwelling units" with those of "regulated facilities".
