# Illinois HB 5567 (98th) — OIL AND GAS-PERMIT PETITIONS

||
|
||
Amends the Illinois Oil and Gas Act. Establishes procedural requirements that the Department of Natural Resources must follow upon receiving certain applications or permits under the Act.
