# Illinois SB 1738 (98th) — VIDEO GAMING-VARIOUS

||
Amends the Video Gaming Act. Makes changes in the definition of "video gaming terminal". Removes language restricting the operation of video gaming terminals near inter-track wagering licensees or inter-track wagering location licensees.
