# Illinois SB 1758 (98th) — INS CD-LIMITED LINES LICENSE

Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that a license as an insurance producer shall not be required of a person selling or soliciting lines of insurance that are exempt from the definition of insurance in the provision of the Code concerning financial institutions.
